Assets include: (i) domain names, (framedart.com, fulcrumgallery.com, liebermans.net and many others); (ii) websites and associated code, admin ERP system and code that operates the business; (iii) customer and email lists; (iv) image library, (v) databases; (vi) trademarks; In Re: Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors of Metaverse Corporation. Sale is subject to court approval.
