First we will offer the equipment in individual lots, then in the entirety.
(1) Individual Lots. Auction: April 28-May 3/All equipment to be auctioned off in individual lots, via an online auction that closes on May 3 @3PM.

(2) Bulk Bid/Entirety. Auction: May 4/A "live" auction for Bulk Bids (equipment & other intangible asssets in the entirety) will be held virtually via Zoom auction on May 4 @10:AM. For Bulk Bid auction participants - in addition to hard assets described in the catalogue (link provided above), the assets to be sold include all of the Debtors’ tangible and intangible assets, including internet site and domain name (if still current), fax and telephone numbers, designs, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, other intellectual property and general intangibles, if any. The lease for the Debtors’ premises, which is in the name of a non-debtor affiliate, may also be assumed by the purchaser subject to the purchaser curing all arrears, or entering into a consensual agreement with the landlord.
