This sale includes substantially all the assets in the Ridgefield NJ 110,000 SF facility used by Cubitac in its business, including without limitation: the brand name “Cubitac,” website with associated domain name of www.cubitac.com, cabinet component inventory and equipment, furniture and other goods all set forth on the "Asset List" in the documents section of this website.
