BLOCK 2: Two promissory notes made from HTL, LLC member Harold S. Hilderbrand III to HTL, LLC dated April 8, 2016 for $2,770.00 a. and April 15, 2016 for $5,703.72, both at an interest rate of 12.00% per annum (the "Promissory Notes").
