This is a UCC Foreclosure Auction sale. The property to be sold consists of certain equity/membership interests in Bethune Development, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Bethune Development”), N. Blvd LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“N. Blvd”), SBRT, LLC, a District of Columbia limited liability company (“SBRT”) and WTB Western Ave LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“WTB” and together with SBRT, the “Borrower”).
The Borrower owns the following real property and improvements: (i) 2 residential apartment buildings located at 167-175 Western Avenue, Cambridge MA 02139; and (ii) a multifamily residential property located at 1823 Q Street, Washington DC 20020.
