The Real Property consist of four (4) detached houses in and around Philadelphia, identified as follows: (i) 39 N Lindenwood Street, Philadelphia, PA 19139; (ii) 6117 Noble Street, Philadelphia, PA 19151; (iii) 6487 Milton Street, Philadelphia, PA 19119; and (iv) 1503 Grasshopper Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
