Assets include: All of News Direct Corp.’s intellectual property, the newsdirect.com domain name, website and custom-made software platform, any encryption keys to access the data, and any and all related rights pertaining to the website and platform (including source code, object code, and any related data), customer lists, customer contracts, licenses associated with the data, marketing materials, social media accounts, including Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, and any other property used in the operation of News Direct Corp.’s business as well as all equipment and machinery, furniture and fixtures, inventory, accounts, accounts receivable, all contract rights, instruments, documents and general intangibles owned by News Direct Corp as well as brand assets such as logo, mark (arrow icon) and all derivative content.
