Plenary Retail Consumption License (identified by license number “33") permits the liquor license holder to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption at the licensed premises, and the sale of packaged goods for consumption off premises, the sale of packaged goods must take place in the public barroom unless prohibited by municipal ordinance.
