SteriLumen is a global leader in (A) Integrated Innovations for Air and Surface Pathogen Elimination systems, several models of which require annual replacement parts to ensure proper operation; and (B) Misting Equipment, and replacement parts for the North American retail grocery industry. SteriLumen is selling only the replacement parts business of business line A, and the entire business line B. This includes (i) the applicable customer contacts for the annual replacement lamp & filter sales (replacement parts only) and the Produce Misting business segment (for new systems as well as replacement parts); (ii) inventory & equipment related to business line A & B; and (iii) intellectual property related only to business line B.
