AuctionAdvisors was engaged to broker the sale of a 9 lot subdivision in Red Hook, NY. Spanning over 34 acres, each lot is between 1.95 acs and 2.5 acs. There is an 18 acre conservation easement surrounding the property and each lot was granted deeded access to Spring Lake. Located 15 minutes from the quaint village of Red Hook and 30 minutes from Hudson. With the unique features of this subdivision in mind, we developed a targeted marketing strategy aimed at local and regional developers, highlighting the property’s potential for residential development. Our approach included an extensive outreach campaign, utilizing digital marketing platforms, networking within the real estate community, and engaging in direct marketing to identified developers who have a vested interest in expanding their portfolios in the region.
