Pre-Qualification Bids Due: February 1st at 4PM ET.
Auction: February 2nd at 11AM ET (Registration and Inspections 9:30 AM).  Aseets will first be offered in the entirety. 

Complete turnkey opportunity consisting of substantially all of the assets of this craft brewery including exceptionally high-quality brewing equipment (see documents below).  Current installed annual capacity is 13,680 BBL/27,360 Kegs/424,000 Gallons, with space and ability to increase capacity at the current location.  The 10,000 SF premises has been totally retrofitted and spec’d for state-of-the-art brewing operation (completed 2016).  There is a long-term lease in place with a current rent at $14 PSF.

All permits and licenses are in good standing.  They have received multiple GABF Gold Medal awards in recent years. There are approximately 15 brands.  The most notable brands are The “Checker Cab” Blonde Ale & The Pumpkin Pie Ale.  Checker Cab is currently one of a handful of craft beers served at Yankee Stadium.

This is an excellent opportunity for a brewery looking to expand production in a new location or for new ownership to take control of existing brand/revenue stream as an alternative to a start-up.

  • Buyers Premium: NO Buyer's Premium will be added. Bid Amounts are aggregate consideration.
  • Closing: Seven (7) days after the entry of a final Sales Approval Order by the Bankruptcy Court (the "Closing Date"). If Purchaser is not assuming the lease, all purchased items must be removed from the Premises at such time.
  • Deposit Amount: (1) "Pre-qualifying Bids" on the entirety must be accompanied by a deposit of no less than $25,000, to be increased to 20% of the bid amount upon being informed that such bidder is the winning Bidder. (2) Bidders bidding on assets at auction must make a deposit at or immediately after the auction equal to 20% of bid amount. Can be made by corporate check, credit card (3% additional will be charged for credit card payments) or wire transfer into estate account.
  • Broker Co-op: Duly qualified and registered brokers with experience in selling breweries and/or brewing equipment shall receive a 2% coop fee.
