Assets for Sale:
(i) Paper, and electronic (if any) books, records, files, formulas, papers, credit reports, and accounts receivable histories, including but not limited to invoices, customer purchase orders, and delivery receipts, as well as sales histories, payment histories, costs of goods, Airtable customer lists, and any other records relating to the sale and delivery of products by Z News;
(ii) Vehicles, machinery, fixtures, equipment, furniture, routers of Z News;
(iii) Goods and inventory of Z News;
(iv) Worldwide intellectual property rights, Z News news production software application, source codes, firmware, data, etc., software license for Docusign, software license for Carta, all copyrights, trademarks, and patent and patent applications, together with all associated expressions and license rights; any names used in trade, and other intellectual property and general intangibles;
(v) Internet domain names of zengerdev.com; zengernewsservice; com; zenger.news; zengernewsservice.org; zenger.app; zengerdigital.com; zenger.dev; zenger.digital; smartnewsquiz.com;
(vi) Z News' name, domain name and other brand names and trademarks.
