BHARADWAJ, GITA RAMAN and STATE OF NEW JERSEY, Defendants. By virtue of an Order of the Court in the above referenced matter, Auction Advisors was appointed Special Master and will expose the property in Mercer County commonly known as, and located at 726 West State Street, Trenton NJ (Block 2806/Lot 7) to sale at public venue on May 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM (prevailing time). The auction sale will be held on-site at the property.

The sale will be subject to any unpaid taxes, municipal liens or other charges and any such taxes, charges, liens, insurance premiums or other advances made by plaintiff prior to this sale.
