Items - See picture catalogue. - All personal property left behind by a former Pawn Shop Tenant is being sold in the entirety. -- Opening Bid $10,000. -- --In order to participate at the auction, bidders must agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of Auction and be ready to put a non-refundable deposit down in cash at the time of auction equal to 25% of the amount bid. Bidders must pay the remaining balance by cash, bank check or wire transfer within 2-business days. -- -- All sales are AS-IS WHERE-IS and there are no representations of any kind being made, either express or implied. This includes, without limitation, no representations or warranties with respect to the authentication, quality, usefulness, condition, marketability or value of any item. -- Bidders shall be given the opportunity to inspect all merchandise before bidding, and must rely exclusively on their own due diligence.
