In the matter of the Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors of G&Y Realty, Superior Court of New Jersey directs Sealed Bid Sale of 18 leasehold gas station located throughout Northern New Jersey. Most of the stations include kiosks and service bays and all stations are sold without fuel supply. Bids are due Wednesday March 12th 2014 @ 5pm. All final bids are subject to court approval.
